Description

COS Ramí is a skin-contact natural wine (orange wine) made from a blend of 50% Grecanico and 50% Insolia sourced from estate vineyards in Fontane and Bastonaca in the Vittoria region of Sicily, Southern Italy. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. Seven to ten days of skin contact. Aged in concrete vats for nine months followed by three months in the bottle before release.c gn
